Sorting Solutions

Resonon Hyperspectral Imaging provides powerful, high-speed inspection information beyond the ability of conventional sorting methods.

Images combining 240 colors (wavelengths) with 2 dimensional “spatial” information provide unprecedented detail beyond what can be seen by the human eye or even other machine vision technologies.

Processers and users achieve higher quality sorts with our sophisticated software algorithms at high speeds in real time.

We can for example:

  • Detect bruises or ripeness in fruits and vegetables.
  • Segment cuts by tissue such as meat, fat and bone.
  • Inspect coatings of chicken nuggets for doneness
